In 2006 Jean recorded an album honoring ranch
women called Sweethearts in Carhartts. She and Yvonne
Hollenbeck penned five of the songs on the CD and Liz Masterson lent
her lovely harmony vocals to several of the songs.
Not only is there great harmony on the CD but the
harmony and magic that these gals bring to the stage is perfectly
delightful. They will have you slapping your knee with
laughter one minute and wiping a tear away the next!

an award-winning cowboy poet. Working alongside her
husband on their ranch, Yvonne's experience gives her plenty
of material to turn into acclaimed poems and the best thing is
that all of her stories are true. In 2006, '07 and '08,
Yvonne received Female Poet Book and Poetry Album honors from
the Western Music Association. She is a master quilter
and makes a great apple pie, too.
